Returns Policy

I want you to love everything you purchase from West & Walker. As with all the best things, they were created with love and care. 

  • Before hanging, check that batch codes are the same for each roll of the design and that all colours match
  • I strongly encourage the ordering of a sample before purchasing full rolls

As all wallpaper rolls are printed to order for each customer, I am unable to offer returns / refunds. In the unlikely situation that the item is faulty, West & Walker's returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot refund or exchange.

I'm confident in the quality of my products, but should you find any damaged or defective rolls, please contact me on info@westandwalker.co.uk
